A Christ-Centered Fellowship for Every Woman
Empower, Challenge & Change Women’s Fellowship Ministry is a Christ-centered women’s ministry founded by Evangelist Ceceilia Riley-Boykin in Arizona in 2021. ECCWF exists to empower women through the Word of God, challenge women to grow spiritually and personally, and encourage lasting change in their thinking, lifestyle, relationships, and direction through Jesus Christ.
The ministry began with a small gathering of five women and has grown into a fellowship that reaches women from multiple states, bringing them together across church and community lines through prayer, biblical teaching, fellowship, workshops, conferences, mentoring, and outreach.

Challenge
Women are called to grow, confront limiting mindsets, accept responsibility, deepen their faith, and move beyond spiritual and personal stagnation.
Change
Women are encouraged to allow Christ to transform their hearts, minds, decisions, lifestyles, relationships, and future.
